简要说明
- 我们不记录你访问了哪些网站、使用了哪些 App，也不记录 DNS 查询和通信内容。
- 不需要注册。我们不收集姓名、邮箱、手机号。
- 服务器只保存提供服务所必需的信息：随机账号编号、设备随机标识、App 版本、每月流量总数和订阅状态。
- App 中没有任何广告、第三方统计或追踪 SDK。我们不出售、不出租任何数据。
本隐私政策说明 BLUEWHALE（下称「我们」）在你使用 Kitesail iOS / iPadOS App 及相关服务（下称「本服务」）时，如何处理与你有关的信息。
1. 我们不收集的信息
本服务的核心是保护你的隐私。我们不会收集、记录或保存：
- 你访问的网站、域名、网址，或你使用的 App；
- 你的 DNS 查询；
- 经过本服务传输的通信内容；
- 能够把某个 IP 地址和某个上网行为对应起来的记录；
- 你的姓名、邮箱地址、电话号码、通讯录、照片、精确或大致位置。
我们的节点服务器关闭了访问日志。为了把你的流量送到目的地，节点必须在内存中临时处理目标地址和你的连接地址，但这些信息在连接结束后即消失，不写入磁盘或日志。
2. 我们处理的信息

我们的 API 服务器只记录请求的方法、路径、状态码和耗时，不记录 IP 地址、请求内容或令牌。为防止滥用，部分接口会在内存中按来源地址限速，这些地址不会被保存或写入日志。
3. 只保存在你设备上的信息
- 账号凭证保存在系统钥匙串中。如果你开启了 iCloud 钥匙串，它会通过 Apple 的端到端加密同步到你同一 Apple ID 的其他设备，我们无法读取。
- 你手动添加的节点、订阅地址和各项设置只保存在设备上。
- 首次启动时，App 会根据 App Store 地区、设备的地区设置和网络探测在本机推荐合适的分流方式。这一步不读取你的浏览记录，结果只保存在本机。
- App 内的诊断信息（连接计数、内存等）只在本机显示，不包含任何域名或地址，除非你主动导出，否则不会离开设备。
4. 第三方服务
- Apple：App 内购买由 Apple 处理。我们收不到你的付款信息、Apple ID 或姓名，只收到经 Apple 签名的交易信息。Apple 对数据的处理见 Apple 隐私政策。
- Cloudflare：部分备用线路经 Cloudflare 网络中转；仪表盘中的「测速」功能会连接 Cloudflare 的测速服务（speed.cloudflare.com），只有你主动测速时才会使用。见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
- 节点延迟测试：为选择最快的节点，App 会经节点请求 Google 的空白测试地址（generate_204），不携带任何与你有关的信息。
- 服务器托管商：我们的服务器托管在第三方云服务商和数据中心，它们只提供基础设施，无权使用上述数据。
App 中没有广告 SDK、第三方统计或崩溃收集 SDK，也不会跨 App 或网站追踪你。
5. 我们如何使用信息
上述信息只用于：提供和维护本服务、开通与核对订阅、执行套餐额度和设备数量上限、防止滥用、回答你的咨询，以及遵守法律义务。我们不会把信息用于广告或画像，也不会出售或出租给任何人。
6. 保存期限
账号信息在账号存续期间保存。流量用量记录只在计费和处理问题所需的期间保存。你要求删除账号后，我们会在 30 天内从数据库中删除相关数据；备份会在其轮换周期结束后被覆盖。法律要求保存的交易记录除外。
7. 你的选择和权利
- 你可以随时停止使用并删除 App。删除 App 并不会自动取消 App Store 订阅，请在「设置」→ 你的名字 →「订阅」中取消。
- 你可以要求查询、更正或删除与你的账号有关的数据：请把 App 设置页里的账号编号发给我们（见第 12 节）。由于我们不知道你是谁，账号编号是我们找到你数据的唯一方式。
- 如果你所在地区的法律（例如欧盟 GDPR、日本个人信息保护法、中国个人信息保护法、美国加州 CCPA）赋予你其他权利，我们会依法响应。
8. 安全
App 与服务器之间的通信全部使用 TLS 加密；下发到 App 的节点配置经过数字签名，防止被篡改；账号密钥只以哈希形式保存。没有任何系统是绝对安全的，但我们尽量少收集数据，就是为了即使发生意外，可泄露的信息也尽可能少。
9. 儿童
本服务不面向 13 岁以下的儿童（或你所在地区规定的相应年龄），我们也不会有意收集儿童的信息。
10. 跨境传输
本服务的服务器位于日本、美国等多个国家或地区，你的信息可能会在你所在国家或地区以外处理。无论在哪里处理，都适用本政策。
11. 政策变更
如果本政策有重要变更，我们会在本页更新生效日期，必要时在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy

In short
- We don’t log the sites you visit or the apps you use, and we don’t log DNS lookups or the content of your traffic.
- There is no sign-up. We don’t collect your name, email address or phone number.
- Our servers keep only what the service needs: a random account number, random device IDs, the app version, your monthly data total and your subscription status.
- The app has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We never sell or rent any data.
This policy explains how BLUEWHALE (“we”) handles information about you when you use the Kitesail app for iOS and iPadOS and its related services (the “Service”).
1. What we don’t collect
The Service exists to protect your privacy. We do not collect, log or store:
- the websites, domains or URLs you visit, or the apps you use;
- your DNS lookups;
- the content of traffic carried by the Service;
- any record that links an IP address to online activity;
- your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise or approximate location.
Access logs are turned off on our servers. To deliver your traffic, a server has to handle the destination and your connection’s address in memory while the connection is open; that information disappears when the connection ends and is never written to disk or logs.
2. What we process

Our API server logs only the method, path, status code and duration of requests — no IP addresses, request bodies or tokens. To prevent abuse, some endpoints are rate-limited by source address in memory; those addresses are never stored or logged.
3. What stays on your device
- Your account credentials are kept in the system Keychain. If iCloud Keychain is on, Apple syncs them end-to-end encrypted to your other devices on the same Apple ID; we can’t read them.
- Servers and subscription links you add yourself, and your settings, stay on your device.
- On first launch the app suggests a routing setup from your App Store region, your device’s region setting and a network check, all on the device. It never reads your browsing history, and the result stays on the device.
- In-app diagnostics (connection counts, memory and so on) are shown only on your device, contain no domains or addresses, and leave the device only if you export them yourself.
4. Third-party services
- Apple processes in-app purchases. We never receive your payment details, Apple ID or name — only transaction information signed by Apple. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: some backup routes pass through Cloudflare’s network, and the Speed Test in the dashboard connects to Cloudflare’s speed test service (speed.cloudflare.com) only when you run it. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Server latency checks: to pick the fastest server, the app requests Google’s empty test page (generate_204) through our servers, carrying no information about you.
- Hosting providers: our servers run at third-party cloud providers and data centers, which provide infrastructure only and may not use this data.
The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
5. How we use information
Only to provide and maintain the Service, verify subscriptions, apply plan allowances and device limits, prevent abuse, answer your questions and meet legal obligations. We don’t use it for advertising or profiling and never sell or rent it to anyone.
6. Retention
Account information is kept while the account exists. Usage records are kept only as long as needed for billing and support. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove its data from our database within 30 days; backups are overwritten at the end of their rotation. Transaction records we are legally required to keep are an exception.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete the data about your account: send us the account number shown in the app’s Settings (see section 12). Because we don’t know who you are, the account number is the only way we can find your data.
- If the law where you live (such as the EU GDPR, Japan’s APPI, China’s PIPL or the California CCPA) gives you further rights, we will respond as it requires.
8. Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS; the server configuration sent to the app is digitally signed against tampering; account secrets are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, which is exactly why we collect so little: if something ever goes wrong, there is very little to expose.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live), and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
10. International processing
Our servers are located in several countries and regions, including Japan and the United States, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. This policy applies wherever it is processed.
11. Changes
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

概要
- 閲覧したサイトや使ったアプリを記録しません。DNS の問い合わせや通信内容も記録しません。
- アカウント登録は不要です。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号は収集しません。
- サーバーに保存するのは、サービスに必要な情報だけです：ランダムなアカウント番号、ランダムなデバイス ID、アプリのバージョン、毎月のデータ使用量の合計、サブスクリプションの状態。
- アプリには広告もサードパーティの解析・トラッキング SDK もありません。データを販売・貸与することは一切ありません。
本ポリシーは、BLUEWHALE（以下「当社」）が、iOS / iPadOS 向けアプリ Kitesail および関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）のご利用にあたり、お客様に関する情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
1. 収集しない情報
本サービスの目的はお客様のプライバシーを守ることです。当社は次の情報を収集・記録・保存しません。
- 閲覧したウェブサイト、ドメイン、URL、利用したアプリ
- DNS の問い合わせ
- 本サービスを通る通信の内容
- IP アドレスと通信行動を結びつける記録
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、写真、正確またはおおよその位置情報
当社サーバーのアクセスログはオフになっています。通信を宛先に届けるため、接続中はサーバーのメモリ上で宛先と接続元アドレスを扱いますが、接続が終われば消え、ディスクやログに書き込まれることはありません。

当社の API サーバーが記録するのは、リクエストのメソッド・パス・ステータスコード・処理時間だけで、IP アドレスやリクエストの内容、トークンは記録しません。不正利用防止のため、一部の機能では接続元アドレスごとの回数制限をメモリ上で行いますが、そのアドレスを保存・記録することはありません。
3. 端末内だけに保存される情報
- アカウントの認証情報はシステムのキーチェーンに保存されます。iCloud キーチェーンがオンの場合、Apple のエンドツーエンド暗号化により同じ Apple ID の他のデバイスと同期されます。当社が読み取ることはできません。
- ご自身で追加したサーバーや購読 URL、各種設定は端末内にのみ保存されます。
- 初回起動時、アプリは App Store の地域、端末の地域設定、ネットワークの確認をもとに、端末内で適した振り分け方法を提案します。閲覧履歴は読み取らず、結果も端末内にのみ保存されます。
- アプリ内の診断情報（接続数、メモリなど）は端末内でのみ表示され、ドメインやアドレスは含まず、ご自身で書き出さない限り端末の外に出ることはありません。
4. 外部サービス
- Apple：アプリ内課金は Apple が処理します。当社が支払い情報や Apple ID、氏名を受け取ることはなく、受け取るのは Apple が署名した取引情報だけです。Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- Cloudflare：一部の予備ルートは Cloudflare のネットワークを経由します。ダッシュボードの「速度テスト」は、実行したときだけ Cloudflare の速度測定サービス（speed.cloudflare.com）に接続します。Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- サーバーの遅延測定：最速のサーバーを選ぶため、アプリは当社サーバー経由で Google の空のテストページ（generate_204）にアクセスします。お客様に関する情報は含みません。
- ホスティング事業者：当社のサーバーは外部のクラウド事業者・データセンターで運用されています。これらの事業者は基盤を提供するのみで、上記のデータを利用することはできません。
アプリには広告・解析・クラッシュ収集の SDK は含まれず、アプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングも行いません。
5. 利用目的
本サービスの提供と維持、サブスクリプションの確認、プランの上限とデバイス数の適用、不正利用の防止、お問い合わせへの対応、法令の遵守のためにのみ利用します。広告やプロファイリングには利用せず、第三者に販売・貸与することもありません。
6. 保存期間
アカウント情報はアカウントが存在する間保存します。使用量の記録は、課金とサポートに必要な期間だけ保存します。アカウントの削除をご依頼いただいた場合、30日以内にデータベースから削除し、バックアップはローテーション期間の終了時に上書きされます。法令により保存が義務付けられた取引記録は除きます。
7. お客様の選択と権利
- いつでも利用をやめ、アプリを削除できます。アプリを削除しても App Store のサブスクリプションは解約されません。「設定」→ ユーザ名 →「サブスクリプション」から解約してください。
- アカウントに関するデータの開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、アプリの設定画面に表示されるアカウント番号をお送りください（第12項）。当社はお客様が誰かを知らないため、アカウント番号がデータを見つける唯一の手がかりです。
- お住まいの地域の法律（EU の GDPR、日本の個人情報保護法、中国の個人情報保護法、米国カリフォルニア州の CCPA など）が定めるその他の権利についても、法令に従って対応します。
8. 安全管理
アプリとサーバー間の通信はすべて TLS で暗号化され、アプリに配信するサーバー構成は改ざん防止のためデジタル署名されています。アカウントシークレットはハッシュとしてのみ保存します。完全に安全なシステムはありません。だからこそ当社は収集する情報を最小限にし、万一の際にも漏れうる情報ができるだけ少なくなるようにしています。
9. お子さま
本サービスは13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域で定められた年齢未満）のお子さまを対象としておらず、お子さまの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
10. 国外での取り扱い
当社のサーバーは日本、米国など複数の国・地域にあり、お客様の情報がお住まいの国・地域の外で取り扱われることがあります。どこで取り扱われる場合も本ポリシーが適用されます。
11. 改定
重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページの施行日を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内でお知らせします。
